Kangkan Bordalai, Founder Director and Chief Career Counsellor, Mentorena

Kangkan Bordalai is a Certified Career Counsellor with over 17 years of diverse professional experience spanning ITES-BPO, Aviation, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance & Accounts, and Higher Education Management. A graduate of 2008, he began his career with a leading multinational corporation, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in customer service, sales, team leadership, and training.

While advancing in the corporate sector, he pursued a Post Graduate qualification in Banking and Finance, later transitioning into the banking industry. Currently, he serves in a key administrative role at a State Government University, bringing together his corporate and academic expertise to empower students and professionals alike.

Kangkan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the Department of Psychology, Annamalai University. He has completed Certified Career Analyst certificattion from Edumilestones, Bangalore, Global Career Counsellor Certification from University of California LA Extension, Green Belt Certification in Career Couselling from Univariety and  International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) Certification from Mindler, New Delhi. He is actively involved in conducting workshops and seminars on Career Guidance  and is widely recognized for his work in the field of career guidance.
